A Beautiful Day in Hibernia Park

Yesterday Leafcutters and I headed out to Chester County to the lovely Hibernia Park, chasing some Butterflies. It was really a nice late winter day, the sun was shining and the air was crisp but not too cold. We ended up heading to The Dogs with Wings box: Bear's Blue Butterfly, it was a really great stamp!! Then on to Dodge's Boogying Butterfly, walking along the creek brings me such peace of mind. I really enjoy this sport, it gets me outside, I've met some wonderful people and I get to spend time with my father.

We ran into Crayola Posse: TrueIndigo & RGBisMe, while on the trail. Actually we had hiked back to the car and noticed an interesting LB bumper sticker on their car, so we hiked back and introduced ourselves. Wish we had more time to talk, but other letterboxes beckoned us to get back on the road.

From Hibernia, we headed to Laura's Childhood Luvs: Scooby Doo. Another great stamp! I've really enjoyed this whole series. Laura must be around my age because each box has brought back a lot of memories.

We managed to snag a letterboxing/geocaching hybrid box on the way home- can't say that I am a fan of the hybrid box. But either way, the hike was interesting and now the box won't be a nagging eyesore on my found list from Chester county!

After a long day, we headed home to veggie pizza and some stories to tell Cactus!
